⚙️Settings

This is your go to page to customize your Zircly settings. Some of the actions you can perform on this page include:

  • Updating your company settings

  • Updating your company information

  • Managing roles and permissions

  • Viewing and editing custom fields

  • Customizing email notification settings, etc.

Company Settings

This is where you go to customize and update your company settings. If you would like to do so, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Company Settings'.

  3. Fill in, or update your organization's details.

  4. Click on 'Submit'.

Settings

This is where you update the Zircly settings for your company. To do so, these are the steps you follow:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Settings'.

  3. Click on the setting you would like to update.

  4. Fill in the required information.

  5. Click on 'Save'.

Roles And Permissions

This is the section you go to, to edit and customize the access settings for the different Zircly roles in your account.

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Roles And Permissions'.

  3. Collapse the role you would like to customize.

  4. Use the Toggles to enable or disable the different permissions.

  5. Once you are satisfied with your settings, exit out of the page.

Custom Fields

This is the section you go to, to add custom fields under different modules.

Add Custom Field

To add a new custom field, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Custom Fields'.

  3. Click the 'Add Custom Field' button on the top right corner.

  4. Fill in the required information.

  5. Click on 'Save'.

Edit or Delete Existing Custom Field.

If you would like to edit or delete and existing custom field, this is how you do it:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Custom Field'.

  3. Find the custom field you want to edit. Use the 'Search' function to find the field quicker.

  4. To 'Edit' an existing custom field, click on the 'Edit' Icon.

  5. To 'Delete' an existing custom field, click on the 'Delete' Icon.

Email Notifications

This is where you go to customize email notification permissions for your employees. To customize the email notification, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Email Notifications'.

  3. To Customize a notification setting, click on the 3-Dot menu under 'Actions', and select 'Edit'.

  4. To View a notification setting, click on the 3-Dot menu under 'Actions', and select 'View'.

API Keys

This is where you come to view and generate API Keys.

Generate API Keys

To generate an API Key, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'API Keys'.

  3. Click on the 'Generate API Key'.

  4. Fill in the required details, and exit out of the the dialogue box.

View API Keys

To view an API Key, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'API Keys'.

  3. Scroll down to view available APIs.

  4. Click on the arrow to Expand the available API Keys.

Voice Call Logs

This is where you go to view and delete voice call logs. To do so, this is what you do:

  1. Find 'Settings' in the navigation bar.

  2. Under settings, find 'Voice Call Logs'.

  3. A page will open up with a list of all voice call logs.

  4. To 'View' a call log, click on the 3-Dot menu under actions, and click on 'View'.

  5. To 'Delete' a call log, click on the 3-Dot menu under actions, and click on 'Delete'.
