The leave page is your go-to page for all things related to leaves. Some of the features and functions of this page include:
Add a new leave type

Add Leave Type
If you would like to add a new leave type, this is how you do it:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Leaves’ button and click.
Click on the ‘Add Leave’ button on the top right.
Fill In all required information, and click on ‘Save’.
View and Edit Existing Leave
If you would like to view or edit an existing Type Of Leave, this is what you do:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Leaves’ button and click.
Identify and find the Type of Leave you would like to view or edit.
Use the ‘Filter’ Function to sort leaves by Status, Cashability, and Employee Type, or use the ‘Search’ Function to search by name.
Once you have found the leave type you want to view or edit, use the 3-Dot menu under ‘Actions’ to View or Edit the particular leave type.
Employee Leaves

Viewing Employee Leave
To view the available leaves of a particular employee, here is what you do:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Employee Leaves’ button and click.
Use the ‘Select Employee’ function to look up the employee whose leave you want to look at, and select year.
You will then be presented with the details on their leave.
Add Leave For Employee
To assign additional leaves to a particular employee, this is how you do it:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Employee Leaves’ button and click.
Click on the ‘Post Leave Transaction’ button, and fill-in all required details.
Click on ‘Save’ and you’re done.
Import Leaves
To import Leave Data, this is how you go about it:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Employee Leaves’ button and click.
Click on the ‘Import’ button, and upload the data.
Apply Leave
The leave application section is where you go to apply for time-off.
Apply for and View Leave
If you would like to apply for leave, this is how you go about it:
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Applications’ button and click.
Under the drop down menu that appears, click on the ‘Leave Applications’ button.
Click on the ‘Apply For Leave’ Button.
Fill in the required details, and click on ‘Save’.
To View the status of an applied leave, find the leave you want to view from the list of Leave Applications, and click on it for more details.
Apply for Comp-Off
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
Under the attendance tab, find the ‘Applications’ button and click.
Under the drop down menu that appears, click on the Comp-Off Application’ button.
Click on the ‘Apply For Comp-off’ Button.
Fill in the required details, and click on ‘Save’.
To View the status of an applied leave, find the leave you want to view from the list of Leave Applications, and click on it for more details.
Apply for Regularization
Find the ‘Leave’ section on the navigation bar.
In this section, find the ‘Applications’ button and click.
Under the drop down menu that appears, click on the ‘Regularization Application’ button.
Click on the ‘Add Regularization’ Button.
Fill in the required details, and click on ‘Save’.
To View the status of an applied leave, find the leave you want to view from the list of Leave Applications, and click on it for more details.
