🔎Recruitment

The recruitment page is your go-to page to see the open positions that your company is actively recruiting for, and participate in the recruitment efforts. Here are some of the things you can do on this page:

  • Look at the current open positions

  • Refer a friend

  • Track Interviews

  • Give feedback on interviews

Team Heads can additionally also send in Hire Requests to the HR Team.

The HR Team, other than being able to do all of the above, can:

  • Manage and Track Candidates

  • Manage and Track Direct Applications

Job Openings

To look at the current openings in your organization, here is what you do:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Job Openings’ button and click.

  3. Once here, you can browse through all openings or use the 'Filter" button on top to filter the openings by Urgency, Status, and Job Type.

  4. To look at the details of a particular job, Click on the Job Title.

Hire A Star (Refer A Friend)

If you would like to send in a referral for an open position, here is what you do:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Hire A Star’ button and click.

  3. Find and click on the ‘Refer Now’ button.

  4. Fill in all the fields in the dialogue box that pops up.

  5. Click on submit and you’re all done.

Interviews

If you are involved in the interview process, this is where you track, manage and give feedback for all your interviews. Here is how you go about it:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Interviews’ button and click.

  3. Find and click on the ‘Refer Now’ button. This will display all your interviews– those you have conducted and the upcoming interviews.

  4. Use the Filter Function on the top of the page to find a specific interview.

  5. To view or submit feedback for a particular interview, click on the Interview Title.

Interviews are assigned by the HR Team. For any changes regarding timing and the like, please reach out to your HR Team.

Hire Request

This function is exclusive to Team Leads and Managers. If you have the necessary permissions and you want to expand your team, use this function to send in a hire request to the HR Team, here is how you do it:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Hire Request’ button and click.

  3. Find and click on the ‘Raise New Hire Request’ button.

  4. Fill in all required fields, and click on submit to send your hire request to the HR Team.

Track Hire Request

If you would like to track a previously submitted hire request, here is how you go about it:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Hire Request’ button and click.

  3. Here you will find a list of all the hire requests you have sent, and details such as the request submission date, the number of positions, and the approval status.

  4. To find a particular hire request quickly, use the Search Function.

  5. Click on the Hire Request Title to view the hire request, and scroll down for information such as the status and timeline, the candidates being interviewed for the role, etc.

Candidate Tracker

This is exclusively available to Recruiters and Admins. This function allows you to track and manage your candidate and their information. Here is how you go about it:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Candidates’ button and click.

  3. The page that opens will display basic information such as the candidate’s name and contact information, the approval status, etc.

  4. Use the Search Function within the page to find a particular candidate.

Individual Candidates

To view or update the details of a candidate, follow the aforementioned steps, and click on the candidate’s name. The page you are taken to will give you all the information about that particular candidate, including the following:

  • Contact information.

  • Information on current role and notice period.

  • All interviews conducted and the feedback received for each interview.

  • Candidate Status and Timeline.

  • The assigned interviews for the candidate, etc.

Once the candidate is hired, click on the ‘Make Employee’ Button on the top of the page to move them from a potential candidate to an employee.

Direct Applicants

The direct applicants' tracker specifically displays the applicants sourced from your company’s job site or portal. To track and manage this data, this is what you do:

  1. Find the ‘Recruitment’ section on the navigation bar.

  2. Under the Recruitment section, find the ‘Candidates’ button and click.

  3. The page that opens will display basic information such as the candidate’s name and contact information, the approval status, etc.

  4. Use the Search Function within the page to find a particular candidate.

Individual Candidates
